Who We Are / Values

Our values have evolved over the last decade plus of interactions and experiences and reflect our lives both personally and professionally. We believe alignment between these aspects is critical to live, and lead, authentically.

We Value Truth and the courage required to be true and honest, not just in what we say but in what we do, how we communicate, where we invest our time, and how we interact with and treat the people we touch.

We Value Sustainability and are intent on leaving a positive and lasting legacy as a result of the choices we purposefully make.  This means economic, environmental, and heart sustainability in the Ten Dot Performance Solutions world.

We Value Rhythm and will continually recognize the ebb and flow of life, and how full life can be if you purposefully and with intention pursue those things that are most important to you. We work at being comfortable with letting others influence that rhythm when they approach us with intent and purpose.

We Value Relationships and believe wholeheartedly that this is the essence of who we are as leaders, as women and as the co-Founders of Ten Dot Performance Solutions. We are not viable without them, and we recognize the privilege we have to enjoy the relationships that we do have, while at the same time being hopeful and excited about future relationships we’ll enjoy. Relationships are the corner-stone, the touch-stone of our business and our lives.

We Value Outcomes and we make a real, tangible, significant difference. We leave our own brand of legacy related to our vision, to have people say they were glad they spent their valuable time with us because of how we were able to influence their lives in some positive way. At the end of the day, we want something to be distinctly and measurably different for the people we touch.

We Value Possibility and innately believe that anything truly is possible. Perhaps not right now, or this very moment, but to maintain faith things will happen when you’re mindfully and intentfully ready for them to happen.
