In this workshop, attendees will review the feedback from their SF Report (TM), and develop strategies that optimize natural strengths and abilities for full engagement day-to-day, whether individually or collectively.

In this workshop, teams will start by understanding their own individual strengths and their impact on others before learning the key factors for creating effective relationships that lead to higher team performance.   An opportunity to develop a team strengths matrix will help make the best use of individual talents, clearing a path for high team performance.

In this session leaders complete a team functionality and health assessment based on the work of Patrick Lencioni in ‘The 5 Dysfunctions of Team’. They are able to honestly and safely provide their assessment and the end results are assessed and reviewed as a team.
